Neighborhoods of Lantern Hill/seagrove

Inner Lantern Hill is the most popular middle-class neighborhood of the city and is primarily made up of brick row houses, tall white apartment buildings and storefront businesses. The neighborhood includes several small pockets of ethnicities.
Seagrove is generally considered to be “the quiet side of town,” where nothing much happens. It’s certainly true that the neighborhoods population tend to be more upper-middle class and conservative.
