Shane/Introduction

Child Welfare Services recently placed Shane in the home of assistance district attorney Thomas Fowler and his wife Maggie. So far, Shane hasn't really gone out of his way to get to know many people, in fact, he could be described as rather quiet and aloof. He acts like he doesn't really expect to be around all that long.
