Shane/rep

Public: Shane is the foster child of Thomas and Maggie Fowler. He has all the tale-tell signs of a "troubled youth", which seems to be a trait that Thomas is drawn to. He has tried to help several such kids before. From what people say, he's pretty handing at fixing cars in a pinch.

School: Shane is the Fowler family's newest foster kid. He is a bit of a loner and isn't really that talkative. He does seem to be a rather talented artist. He definitely has that tortured artist thing down pat.
