Dr. Kate is your average doctor. The head of the medical center, she is well known in the community as a gifted physician, a good woman, and a doctor that is willing to bend the rules when it comes to minors. It may not be exactly legal, but events in her past have lead her to believe that bending is necessary in keeping the youth of the city safe. because she sees things in this light she is a popular choice for teens who need someone to turn too. She's helped many local teenagers get clean and find good alternatives to parenthood. She is not an advocate for abortions, however she is an advocate for the safety of those involved and tries to educate young girls in finding the best route to take.
Dr. Kate is an attractive woman in her early 40's. She stands tall and is rather slim. She dresses simply but neatly, preferring knee length skirts and simple button up dress shirts and of course sensible shoes.
