Using Traits
|
Traits are very easy to use in game. For the most party they are simply guidelines for you to play inside. If you take a trait that makes you clumsy, you are clumsy. Simple as that. Remember that Traits are elements of the character. Important elements, so they should be played up any opportunity you get. Also take into account the rating you gave it. If you find yourself trying to outdo someone, be it a social showdown or a fight in the hallway, the person with the highest rating in the most appropriate Trait takes it. If all else fails, ask for a Judge or ask an Admin.

Fights
|
Fight scenes rarely happen in soap operas, but teenagers will be teenagers, and they’ll insist on using violence to resolve issues instead of dialogue. (That’s okay: soap opera characters seldom use dialogue to resolve their issues, too. Instead, they use passive-aggressive tactics to “get back” at folks.)
Instead of talking your issues out with another character, you can choose to fight it out. Fight scenes require the players in question to RP the fight scene. If the two players cannot negotiate an ending (if their Traits are even), they +flip and the winner of the flip wins the fight.
