Alton Wies is the only child of famous French supermodel Mimi Wies. Born in Bordeaux, France he spent most of his early years raised by a nanny in his mother’s large manor. He rarely saw Mimi as he grew up and it became apparent to his tutors and nanny that Mimi had little interest in settling into being a mother. Despite his mothers neglect, Alton thrived into a very creative young man and possessed an impressive intelligence. When he reached school age he got his first taste of life outside the manor. His mother reluctantly sent him to an upscale french preparatory school and he flourished there. He was smaller than the other boys but he quickly made friends in desperate need of approval and attention. School was an escape from the emptiness of his home, and Alton enjoyed it a great deal.

As he grew the attentions his peers got from their parents began to weigh on him. His mother was not an affectionate woman, and their time spent together was often short lived and very ‘formal’. The lack of support and attention angered Alton at first, though eventually the anger was replaced with something else. Determination. He studied hard and made friends and by the time he was a freshman in school his mother had married an older man. This new husband, Lawrence, tried to bridge the gap between Alton and Mimi but failed in the end. Still his stepfather always made sure he had plenty of support, and worked to replace Mimi’s affections with material things. Alton loved taking pictures and his friends often invited him to parties where he learned to dance. He was playful and a flirt, often using his social life as a filler for an unsatisfactory home life. When he reached his junior year he was selected as a foreign exchange student to go to Lantern Hill California to North Shore High School. The family he was being placed with seemed eager to welcome him, and Alton was equally eager to be welcomed.

Arriving in Lantern Hill was a bit of a culture shock for the boy. Though he spoke English fluently, the lifestyle was rather different and the school equally so. Naturally he made friends quickly, securing himself a spot with a popular young man by the name of Doug Newman.

Life has moved on for Alton, and for once the young man can say he’s relatively at peace with his life.
