Once Famous Mom: Kelly was never famous but his mom had a well known (but short-lived) career in television. One of prime time televisions sweethearts, Victoria Rae-Blacks career was on the rise when her husbands sudden death sent her spiraling into depression and alcohol abuse. She and Kelly moved into town three years ago.
